WHAT WE ARE

- a peaceful, clean, laidback and pretty hostel
- a place where people can rest and deeply sleep at night
- a place where ladies with long hair can wash it as we have very hot pressurised-water
- a place where one feels safe and at home
- a place where one can talk and meet other people from other cultures
- a place where one can obtain information about Chihuahua
- a place where one can seat on a comfortable pouf and watch a movie on a huge home cinema
- a place where hosts and guests always show a smile on their face
- a place where sheets and towels are cleaned every day
- quite a comfortable place, with thick mattresses, large tables and chairs with armrests
- a place with a very high customer satisfaction rate according to the main hostels opinions sites and booking sites.
- a place very close to the 2 main attractions of Chihuahua : 5 minutes from the Pancho Villa museum and 5 minutes from Quinta Gameros
- a place socially responsible : we treat our employees as well as possible, and we refuse to employ kids to improve our profits
- a very safe place : we perfectly identify any person coming into the hostel, and only accept guests inside the building. No access to any room for any non-guest person.
- a place where customers in double bedrooms can sleep without being woken up by the cleaner if they do not want to.
- a place for customers of any age. We enjoy the differences. We had a couple of 77 years old recently, and we loved them. 100 pct of the young people present at the same time loved them too. - a place with a long term vision, and some solid ideas about cultural backpacking

WHAT WE ARE NOT

Well we had absolutely no rules when we opened this place. But some bad experiences made us create some :-)

So... we are not the correct place for :
- predicators, or misionaries taking advantage of the hostel looking for new adepts,
- springbreakers, and other party animals,
- majijuana lovers.
- couples hoping for a torrid night as our place is too compact for these activities

- No customer will be granted access to the hostel if drunk, and there will be no money refund. We are definitely not the right place for springbreakers !
Also, we do not provide psychology services to highly lonely people thinking they are buying a 24 hours long right for the receptionist to listen.

Eventually, we simply reserve our legal right of admission.

We apologise for the above list, but we unfortunately found it necessary to make this hostel a safe heaven and this may explain why we have lots of guests who could afford much more expensive hotels, still stay with us for what we offer : a simple, friendly, laidback, safe, and super clean hostel :-).
